我們給予孩子的是什麼?

一個擁抱,無時無刻給他們一個充滿愛的吻,讓他們知道父母親在關心,「兒子,我愛你」,讓他們知道他是被需要的,這就是關心!

當孩子拒絕學習時,我們對他冠上各種名詞,過動兒、自閉症、學習困難等等,帶他們去找各種各樣專家,想要找出問題所在,卻不知父母親才是最瞭解、最清楚自己孩子的人。
多給孩子一些關懷,多給孩子一些愛,這些是說起來簡單、做起來不容易的事情。要如何在愛與關懷之中讓孩子學習如何做人,如何成為社會上有用的人,是為人父母者的重要課題。

Definition should be something understandable
The talent of a child does not depend on memorization of vocabulary or the understanding of a specialized field; the so-called talent is whether the child can apply what he/she learns into everyday life and not become a text book.
Do not smother the talent of a child.  When the child asks “why” or asks unusual and random questions, answer him/her earnestly.  Take the questions seriously and find the answer with him/her, dream with him/her; one day the dream will come true.   When the Wright brothers wanted to fly into the sky, did anyone seriously think that they could invent the airplane so people could fly up into the sky?
Live with the child.  Let the child understand how to live with books, computers, and people outside of the virtual world; let the child understand how to interact with people, the sense of propriety and the basic principle of how to be a proper human being.  The child can then become an all-around person with meaningful future success.

定義應該是要讓人懂的
一個孩子的天份並不在對專有名詞的背誦,以及對專業的唯一認知;所謂的天份是在於孩子是否能經過學習,將所學運用於生活之中,而不是成為一本死硬的教科書。

不要扼殺孩子的天份,在孩子問「為什麼」或有任何天馬行空的問題時,要認真的回答他,要將孩子的問題當一回事,陪他一起尋找答案,陪他一起「做夢」,有一天夢想會成真的。在萊特兄弟想要飛上天時,有誰真的認為他們兩兄弟可以發明飛機,讓人飛上天空呢?
陪孩子一起生活,讓孩子懂得與書本、電腦、虛擬世界以外的「人」共同生活;讓孩子懂得應對進退、禮義廉恥的基本做人須知,如此一來,孩子才是內外兼備的「全才」,未來的成功才有意義。

人吃進的食物經過消化道到排泄大約需要8~12小時,但discovery頻道曾報導,與以前的人相比,現代人的消化速度只有十分之一,過去人類8~12小時就能消化掉的食物,在現代人缺乏纖維素及少吃蔬果的狀況下,竟然需要80~120個鐘頭。

真相二:每天嗯嗯也不夠

不要以為你每天嗯嗯,體內就沒有宿便了!這是絕對錯誤的想法。
根據醫學報導,不論胖瘦,每個人體內都有宿便,這些嗯嗯都無聲無息囤積在你的大腸小腸裡。

正常人體內有 3~6㎏ 的宿便,肥胖、便秘者體內則有 7~11㎏的宿便。
女性朋友請想想,妳45kg的曼妙身材中,竟然有6kg的宿便占去妳的體重,這是何等可怕的事。

宿便的產生三大問題:

1. 宿便會阻礙營養吸收,也壓迫小腸絨毛的活力及彈性。
我們雖然每個月吃了許多營養食品,讓自己的健康有保障,但如果宿便讓腸道不美麗,即使吃了有益健康、有營養價值的食物或基本套餐,養份還是無法真正吸收到。
宿便不常排出或有便秘的人,身體甚至會吸收不到健康食品中五分之一的營養素。
你每月消費的健康食品可就發揮不了最大的效果了。

2. 宿便脹氣發酵後,會經由血液致病。
小腸內的宿便,一旦發酵、脹氣後,所產生的化學毒素會污染血液,進而逐漸循環全身,終致造成酸毒症(acidosis),同時會加重肝、腎、皮膚三大排毒器官的負擔。
常疲勞、腳底痛、感覺睡不飽的成員,或許成因就是 宿便 先生造成的哦!

3. 宿便會不知不覺讓身材變形。
即使你體內有滿滿的宿便,你可能也不曾察覺。
它會撐大你的小腹,並壓迫內臟,改變腹部及脊椎形狀,更是產生肥胖的重要因素。

如何因應宿便的問題
現代人生活緊張忙碌,普遍都有排便量不足的狀況,甚至有便秘的問題。一般的上班族婦女,一天的排便量可能只有100公克,排便量與每天吃進去的食物,實在不成正比。
更何況,有的人工作壓力大,甚至會有二三天拉不出屎,得連續唱著:

    在芳茗軒第三屆茶藝茶器文化展覽中,有個很吸睛的區域,就是有「與茶壺心靈對話的陶藝工作者」之稱的劉大化老師的能量岩礦茶具展示區。

      In the third annual Art and Culture of Tea and Tea Ware Expo sponsored by Fang Gourmet Tea, there is a popular area exhibiting the energy rock mineral tea ware created by master Da Hua Liu.
      Her works are both practical and have great collectible value. The enchanting and mysterious Sapphire Shooting Star collection is a highlight of the exhibition. Combining artistic elegance, scientific composition, and creative skills, the special formula and material of this series of tea ware can activate water molecules and improve the quality of the water, bringing out the mellowness and richness in tea, coffee, and wine. 
      Master Da Hua Liu has over ten years of experience in art design and has special love and devotion for ceramic art creations.     Vitamin B Complex helps to decrease Alzheimer symptoms

    According to today's research, taking high dosage of vitamin B complex will decrease the rate of cerebral atrophy among seniors with Alzheimer symptoms by 50% and may even delay the occurrence of Alzheimer.
    Cerebral atrophy is a phenomenon of natural aging, but for people with Minor Cognitive Impairment (MCI), the rate of development is faster.  MCI is a symptom of Alzheimer and other dementia.  The scientific research team from England proposes that vitamin treatment may be able to delay or even prevent the occurrence of such diseases.  They emphasize the need to perform further research on such theory.  This research on cerebral atrophy was conducted on 168 volunteers who are more than 70 years old with minor cognitive impairment.
    During a 2 year period, half of the people took a high dosage of vitamin B complex which included folic acid, B6 and B12.  The other half took a non-active constituent of placebo.  The results were astonishing.  On average, the rate of cerebral atrophy decreased by 30% for people that took vitamin B complex.  In some cases the rate is as high as 53%.
    One of the scientists leading the research, David Smith, from Oxford University's pharmacology department, said "The results far exceeded our expectations".
    "We hope this simple and safe treatment can delay people with minor cognitive impairment from developing into Alzheimer."

    進行研究的英國科學團隊認為,維他命治療也許能延緩、或甚至預防這種疾病的發生,不過他們強調,必須對這項理論進行更多研究。這份報告共針對168名70歲以上、患有輕度認知能力障礙的自願者進行腦萎縮研究。

    一半的人每天服用含高劑量B群的維他命錠,其中包括葉酸、B6和B12。其他人則服用無活性成分的安慰劑藥丸。實驗時間長達2年。
    結果出現驚人的數據。平均而言,服用B群的人,腦萎縮速度減緩30%。有些案例降低速度更高達53%。
    共同帶領研究的牛津大學藥理系史密斯(DavidSmith)說:「這個結果非常引人關注。可能遠超出我們的預料。」
    「我們希望這種簡易安全的治療,可以延緩有輕度記憶問題的人發展成阿茲海默症。」

    芳茗軒茶道班成果展

    蓋杯泡
    此次成果展中,蓋杯泡的部份由Thomas 李先生與 Angel 余小姐示範。
    蓋杯,又稱「蓋碗」,為一式三件,下有托、中有碗、上置蓋,又稱「三才碗」。三才者,天、地、人也。茶蓋在上,謂之「天」;茶托在下,謂之「地」;茶碗居中,是為「人」。


    一副茶具便寄寓一個小天地,小宇宙,更包含了古代哲人「天蓋之,地載之,人育之」的道理。
    從南北朝時,就開始有人使用蓋碗杯,但是沒有普及;直到清朝康熙、雍正年間,蓋碗杯才廣為流行。
    因為蓋杯優雅實用的特性,使我們沏起茶來,在舉手投足間更顯大方。

    此次成果展中所選用的是瓷器蓋杯,瓷器的特性是能完整的展現茶的特性,不做任何的修飾,讓我們能夠與茶對話,讓茶自我展現,更能表現出茶主人精湛的茶藝。

    Gaiwan
    At the tea ceremony presentation sponsored by Fang Gourmet Tea, Mr. Thomas Li and Ms. Angel Yu demonstrated tea brewing with a gaiwan.
    There are three parts to the gaiwan: the lid, the cup, and the plate holding it.  The lid on the top signifies heaven; the plate on the bottom signifies earth and the cup in between signifies humanity.  This set of tea ware represents a small world, a small universe.  It also contains the theory of the ancient Chinese philosophers on the universe that “the heaven covers it, the earth upholds it, and the human is nourished by it”.
    People started to use gaiwan in the Southern and Northern Dynasties but it did not become prevalent until emperors Kang Xi and Yong Zheng in the Qing dynasty.  Due to the practical and elegant characteristics of the gaiwan, the movement of the tea master when brewing the tea appears composed and serene.
    The porcelain gaiwan was chosen in the presentation because the attributes of porcelain can fully express the inherent characteristics of tea without any alteration.  It enables us to communicate directly with tea and for the tea to express itself.  It also reveals the tea master’s skillful artistic technique of tea brewing.

    木之貴族

    雞翅木因樹幹結癭紋黑白相間,狀如山峰,形似雞翅,故得其名。雞吉諧音,雞代表吉祥之意。歷史上文人雅士的傾心青睞,達官貴人的附庸風雅,使得雞翅木之成為『群木中之貴族』,備受青睬。
     雞翅木可吐納芬多精,具有調節濕度、耐高溫高熱等特性,又因其毛細孔沒有封死,當氣壓降低時,香氣會更明顯,具有養肝氣、養生的保健作用

    此雞翅木桌組,色紋黑褐,上有淡淡的雞翅紋狀,不以繁複的雕工取勝,而自然呈現其獨特、沈穩厚重的紋理,是中外收藏家的珍品。

    Nobility among All Woods  
      Chicken Wing Wood is named due to the alternating black and white aecidium grain of the tree trunk that shapes like mountain peaks and chicken wings.  Historically, it has been favored and admired wholeheartedly by Literati and refined scholars, along with arty high officials and the nobles making this wood the “nobility among all woods.”
      Chicken Wing Wood gives off phytoncide, and can regulate humidity with very good thermo stability. Since the pores are not blocked, when the air pressure decreases, fragrance will be much more evident.  It also helps in maintaining our health by nourishing the liver energy. 

      This table set of Chicken Wing Wood is with brownish black grain along with light chicken wing pattern.  It is not characterized by the complicated engraving but by naturally revealing its unique, stately, and dignified grain.  It is truly a valuable treasure for collectors worldwide.

    武夷大紅袍

    今天在芳茗軒的茶展現場中,喝到了由能量岩礦蓋杯所泡出的武夷大紅袍。所泡出的茶湯比由一般茶器中泡出的更為味醇濃厚,溫潤吻喉。
    大化老師手製能量岩礦蓋杯,將老茶、岩茶的特性發揮到淋漓盡致,使茶氣循行更加明顯。美麗的蓋杯,在燈光下,散發出因高溫燒製而特有的閃閃金屬光芒。
    大紅袍原產天心岩九龍窠,在岩茶中居首位,因武夷山得天獨厚的自然環境,精湛考究的製茶技術,故品質優異,被譽為「中國茶王」
    大紅袍屬半發酵茶自元明以來為歷代皇室貢品。湯色澄黃,清澈艷麗,以精湛的工藝制成茶香濃郁滋味醇厚有岩韻明顯,具有「活、甘、清、香」的特徵飲後齒頰留香回味無窮,沖泡 9次猶存原茶的桂花香真味,是烏龍茶中的茶中之聖
    由於正岩大紅袍極為珍貴,當地人只有在貴賓來臨時才會用以招待。1972年,尼克森訪問中國大陸時,當時的中國領導人毛澤東贈送他四兩的大紅袍母株茶葉。由於尼克森不知大紅袍母株產量少而極為珍貴,曾私下抱怨毛澤東小器。周恩來後來為此對尼克森解釋,說:「主席已經將『半壁江山』奉送了。」並告訴尼克森大紅袍的由來。據說尼克森聽後對此肅然起敬。

    Wuyi Da Hong Pao Tea

    Emperor's Choice
    Today I had the Wuyi Da Hong Pao brewed with the energy rock mineral gaiwan at the Tea Expo sponsored by Fang Gourmet Tea. It tasted even more rich and mellow than ordinary tea ware, warm and moist caressing the throat.
    The hand made energy rock mineral gaiwan created by master Da Hua brought out the unique characteristics of aged tea and rock tea to the fullest.  The chi of tea was most evident.  The beautiful gaiwan glitters under light with metallic shine resulting from the high temperature firing.


    Da Hong Pao originated from the Jiu Long (Nine Dragon) Cave, Tien Shin Yan of Wuyi mountain.  Due to the unique and exceptional natural environment along with exquisite and skillful tea processing technique, Da Hong Pao is named the “King of Chinese Tea” for its excellent quality.
    Da Hong Pao is a half fermented tea that has been used as tribute to the imperial family since the Yuan and Ming Dynasties.  Its tea color is a beautiful clear yellow, with a taste that is rich and mellow with evident “rock” aftertaste.  Its characteristics are “alive, sweet, pure, fragrant” with strong and enduring aftertaste.  Even after 9 infusions, the osmanthus aroma still persists thus the name “saint of tea” among oolong teas.

    Since Da Hong Pao is most precious, the tea is only used for prestigious guests.  In 1972, when ex-president Nixon visited China, the leader of China at the time, Mao, gave him 150 grams of the Original Da Hong Pao.  Nixon privately complained, obviously not knowing the rarity of such tea.  It was then explained to Nixon that the leader already gave him half of the country!  After knowing the origin and the value of Da Hong Pao, Nixon was then grateful with deep respect.

    Aged Tea

    The purpose of aging the tea is to continuously transform the tea in a suitable environment through time resulting in a unique natural aroma and taste.
    In general, tea that is stored for more than 10 years can be considered "aged tea".
    Exposure to tea that is more than 20 years is already rare, let alone tea that is more than 30 years.
    Aged teas are very versatile; they will change differently due to their type and the way of storage.  There will be differences in taste, aroma, and color.  However, If the tea quality is not good, or if the tea process is not complete, it will not turn into quality aged tea even if it is aged and stored properly.
    The color of real authentic aged tea is bright and clear.  Its taste is rich, smooth, sweet, and mellow with a gentle nature.  Sometimes the aged tea will emit an exceptional aroma which is of premium quality that is rare to find.

    老茶存放的目的,在於透過時間讓茶在合理的環境下持續的轉變,醞釀出自然的香氣與味道。
    一般而言,存放超過十年以上的茶才有資格稱為「老茶」,能喝到儲齡二十年的老茶已屬不易,三十年以上的老茶則是稀有難得。
    老茶多變,會因不同品種及存放方式而產生不同變化,因此味道、香氣、顏色都有差異,但若是以劣質或製程不完全的茶陳放,即使年代夠老仍無法變成品質好的老茶。

    真正的老茶,茶湯顏色明亮透澈,入口滑順甘甜無刺激性,濃醇甘潤茶性溫和。老茶有時會轉成帶有特殊香味,但此類茶則非常稀有難遇,屬茶中極品。

    The artistic technique of tea making is the study of how to make each movement fluent and natural.  The Tao of Tea is the study of how to elevate to the no-self state of mind under the basis of the artistic technique of tea making.
    The easiest explanation of Tao is the path, or the method.  The Tao of Tea is the correct way of tea tasting.
    During the process of studying the Tao of Tea, one will learn what is good tea to how to taste tea.  After entering into the advance level, one will officially enter the class to reach Tao with tea.  One will learn the method of entering the Tao using tea as the means to reach the spiritual state of mind when the “Heaven and human become one” and when “Tea is Zen”.

    茶藝,是研究每一個動作的流暢、自然;茶道,是在茶藝的基礎下,研究如何提昇無人的心理境界。
    「道」最淺顯的解釋,就是道路,就是方法。茶道,就是品茶的正確方法。

    在研習茶道的過程中,由學習何謂好茶,如何品茶。進入高級班的研習之後,會正式進入「以茶入道」的課程,會練習到入「道」的方法,以茶為媒介,達到「天人合一」「茶禪一如」的精神境界。

    The Original Ti Kuan Yin - Honey Aroma 30% Roasted

    It is in the half fermented tea category with similar production methods as half spherical pouchong tea.  The distinguishing feature is taking roasted tea that is not yet dried, wrapping it with cloth that is square in shape and kneads tea leaves into spherical shapes.  Lightly use one’s hand to knead and twist outside the cloth wrap and place it into a roasting basket to slowly roast with gentle flame. Tea leaves will curl up tightly after repeated roasting and twisting resulting in a unique aroma from transforming the tea constituent by the temperature of the roasting flame. This tea is fragrant, mellow, and sweet in taste with lingering aftertaste even after many infusions.


    The shape of the tree is a little larger with bigger branches. Leaves are not too many, and they are oval in shape. The surface of the leaves spread out, the mesophyll is thick and lustrous, while the teeth of the leaves are a little larger without sharp edges. From center to bottom, the leaves appear wavy as if twisted, a unique aspect of this tea. Side veins appear bulged with wrinkles. The tender buds are a bit reddish with very few quantities.
    Tea is slightly reddish yellow in color; its taste is rich, mellow, smooth, sweet, a little astringent, with a bit of fruit acidity that is pure and harmonious.  The best one is made from the Ti Kuan Yin variety.
    Tea color is clear and bright, fragrance is elegant and graceful, taste is smooth and velvety.
    There are many layers of flavor that unfold: First taste is a light orchid aroma; second and third brew start with a peach fragrance and turns into a ripe guava fruit aroma with light acidity. After many steeping, the aftertaste is even more evident.

    屬半發酵茶,其製法與半球型包種茶類似,惟其特點即是茶葉經初焙未足乾時,將茶葉用方形布塊包裹,揉成球形狀,並輕輕用手在布包外轉動揉捻,並將布球放入「文火」的焙籠上慢慢烘焙,使茶葉形狀區曲彎緊結,如此反覆進行焙揉,茶中成分藉焙火之溫度轉化成特有的香味,經多次沖泡仍芬香甘醇而有回韻。
    鐵觀音代表其茶樹品種,也代表一種製法。
    樹型稍大,枝條肥大,枝葉著生數少,葉形橢圓形,葉面最為開展,葉肉甚厚富於光澤,鋸齒稍大而不銳利,且中央部以下如同被扭轉呈大波浪狀為其特徵。側脈間隆起呈皺紋狀,幼芽稍帶紅色,收量少。原產福建省泉州府安溪縣。



    層次豐富的熟果蜜香,帶觀音韻,湯色金黃明亮。

      Jun Ware Porcelain Red Copper Glaze Tea Canister

      Jun Ware Porcelain originated from celadon porcelain.  The Chinese have known how to produce crude celadon porcelain since as early as Shang (1600-1046 B.C.) and Chou (1045-256 B.C.) Dynasties, when slavery still existed.  Advancing into the Tang dynasty (618-907 A.D.), potters applied chemical compositions including manganese and titanium to restore the blue coloring in the background of white, which is known as “Tang Jun.”  Although not abundant in quantities, this period can be marked as the sprouting time for Chinese multi-color glazed porcelain.  
      Knowledgeable of this type of technique, potters in Sung Dynasty (960-1279 A.D.) added the element of red copper and utilized the atmosphere in kilns to restore copper oxide.  As a result of combining colloid copper scattered in celadon glaze, iron oxides and compounds of phosphoric and silicic acids, a milky and more fluid blend was formed.  Along with reasons such as uneven temperature in the ceiling, floor, front, and back of ancient half-way slanted kilns, the blend couldn’t burn completely to become pure, restored copper.  

      Therefore, different color variations in red, yellow, green, purple, greenish blue, navy blue and even moonlight white appeared in different directions and unpredictable patterns.  This was the copper red and kiln related change of glazing.  Depending on the unique percentage of each above-mentioned color, the mixture effects came to shades like rosy red, flowering-quince red, oxblood red, eel red, moonlight white, sky blue and other unexpected color tones.  This is the intrinsic distinctiveness of Jun Ware Porcelain.

      為中國宋代五大名窯(鈞、汝、官、哥、定)之一,屬於北方青瓷系統,其窯變釉色五彩變化,光彩奪目,獨樹一幟。
      鈞釉在乳濁釉中引入銅氧化物,不僅突破中國傳統以鐵氧化物著色為主的青瓷工藝發展,對後代銅紅釉的研發,也有絕對性的影響。


      鈞窯釉,一般來說始於宋初,北宋後期的官鈞,是鈞窯的發展的鼎盛時期和典型代表,尤其五河南鈞台窯最釉著名。
      陶瓷史學家習慣把鈞窯釉的前身稱為「唐鈞」。

      鈞釉從唐鈞的花釉瓷器,接著北宋初年的月白釉、天青釉,發展到北宋後期的紅、紫、青,色彩變化莫測、渾然天成的釉彩,及元代的天藍紫斑釉等,都充分表現鈞釉在陶瓷發展的重要。

      參觀芳茗軒茶展時,看見好幾個很可愛的作品。
      由劉老師口中得知,這些是出自於陶藝班學生梁霄月小姐之手。

      霄月一定有雙靈巧的雙手,才能做出如此精緻的作品。
      仔細看看,仕女身上的配件、手鐲,手勢、眼神以及衣服的擺動等等是如此的細緻。

      真的是太可愛了!
